Clinical Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

Yhazmyne Hawkins graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2021. After which she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Regional One Health in Memphis, TN and her PGY2 pharmacy residency specialized in ambulatory care and family medicine at Providence St. Peter Family Medicine in Olympia, WA. After residency Yhazmyne began at her current position at Optum in Lake Stevens, WA where she works as an embedded clinical pharmacist. While Yhazmyne enjoys the all of the diverse disease states that family medicine provides, she has special interest in diabetes, hypertension, infectious disease, and hyperlipidemia.
